Lead Learning & Development initiatives across the organization.
Design and implement talent, performance and career development programs. Manage and optimize our LMS and digital learning experience. Lead strategic People projects and HR programs. 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development or HR Projects. ~ Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. ~ Fluent English (C1/C2) is essential.
