Overview In this role, you will architect and operate a cloud-native platform that powers intelligent, autonomous AI applications across a global enterprise. You'll own the platform strategy, design multi-tenant Kubernetes environments, and drive end-to-end delivery with a focus on security, reliability, and scalable operations. You'll mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex AI and MLOps needs into reusable platform patterns.

Compensaciones / Beneficios high-autonomy engineering culture flexible working models integral, diverse environment opportunity to impact life-changing R&D; culture of inclusion and belonging career development across a global company Responsabilidades Own the platform architecture, technical roadmap and ADRs within the broader agentic AI strategy Design, build and operate the multi-tenant Kubernetes platform using Amazon EKS, Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, Argo CD and Argo Workflows Build repeatable onboarding, promotion, recovery and decommissioning capabilities through Azure DevOps and GitOps Implement identity and tenant isolation across OIDC, Kubernetes RBAC and impersonation, AWS workload identity and secrets management Design secure integrations with models, tools, MCP/A2A services and other enterprise platforms Own operational readiness, including SLOs, telemetry, agent and LLM tracing, evaluation, capacity, cost, incident response, upgrades, backup/restore and rollback Develop and review production Python, Terraform modules, Helm charts and pipeline templates Establish technical standards, documentation and reusable platform patterns,



and mentor other engineers Requisitos principales University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent 8+ years of relevant experience building secure, scalable, resilient cloud-native backend systems at enterprise scale Experience in architecting complex cloud-native solutions and in guiding teams in their implementation Hands-on experience designing and operating production Kubernetes platforms, preferably Amazon EKS Strong AWS platform engineering experience across EKS, ECR, IAM/workload identity, VPC/private connectivity, ALB/WAF, Route 53, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch and S3 Strong Infrastructure as Code and GitOps experience using Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, Argo CD and Git Experience building and governing CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps Strong production Python experience, including boto3, API integration, automated testing and operational automation Experience with OIDC/OAuth2/JWT, least-privilege access, tenant isolation, Kubernetes RBAC and secure secrets management Practical experience building or operating GenAI or agentic systems, including tool integration, state and memory, evaluation, observability and failure handling Understanding of MCP and A2A, particularly authentication, authorization, service boundaries and enterprise governance Business-fluent English (written and spoken) Strong sense of ownership and accountability Curious and eager to learn; comfortable with evolving tech Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork in international settings Kubernetes platform design and operation (EKS) AWS services: EKS, ECR, IAM, VPC, Route 53, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, S3 Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, Argo CD, Argo Workflows
