Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview As an Associate Clinical Trial Manager, you will support global clinical trial activities within a cross-functional team. You will translate research skills into practical clinical project administration, working with Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers. The role offers intensive training, international exposure, and a fast-paced path into clinical trial management.

You will help drive study execution, quality, and timelines in a purpose-driven, collaborative environment.

Ensure timely delivery of recurring tasks with high accuracy

Compile and maintain project-specific status reports in the clinical trial management system

Interact with internal project teams, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors





Quality control of the internal regulatory filing system

Provide oversight and management of study supplies

Create and maintain project timelines

Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes

Responsabilidades PhD in Life Sciences

Fluency in English with solid presentation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic industry within an international team

CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience is not required but advantageous
