In this Project Lead role, you will steer end-to-end delivery of product and service projects for airline, avionics, and air transport clients. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Customer Service, Operations, and Product Management in a fast-paced, international setting. You'll translate requirements into actionable plans, manage scope, risks, and stakeholders, and ensure outcomes align with business goals.

Lead projects from definition to delivery and closure, ensuring business and customer outcomes are met.

Translate requirements into project plans, budgets, schedules, resources, and risk responses.

Coordinate geographically distributed, cross-functional teams and secure needed resources.

Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, changes, and escalation of constraints.

Apply portfolio and project management standards, including governance, reporting, risk management,



and executive communications.

Manage communications with customers and stakeholders, maintaining alignment on priorities and updates to senior management.

Lead defined workstreams or sub-projects within larger programs and drive delivery to completion.

Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, results-oriented team culture.

Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering

Minimum of three years' project management experience delivering communications, telecommunications, or network infrastructure projects

Experience managing projects across scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

Knowledge of predictive, Agile, and hybrid project delivery approaches

Technical understanding of communications and networking environments

Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams with multiple priorities

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Professional fluency in written and spoken English effective communication project management
