You will translate complex business needs into structured requirements and drive product development in agile environments, ensuring high-quality and value-driven delivery. Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements. Manage and prioritise the product backlog in alignment with business goals.

Act as Product Owner within Scrum teams (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective). Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions with German-speaking stakeholders. Ensure clear communication between business, UX/UI and development teams.

Monitor product performance and incorporate feedback into continuous improvement. 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in software development environments. ~ Strong experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). ~ Fluent German (C1/C2 level mandatory) — written and spoken. ~ Professional English proficiency. ~ Proven experience writing high-quality requirements and user stories. ~ Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence. Als Business
