Overview

As a senior BI specialist, you translate complex business questions into robust data models, dashboards, and actionable insights. You will support leadership with trusted analytics that drive informed decisions and improve performance. You'll design and maintain dashboards, models, and semantic layers aligned with enterprise standards, enabling traceability and clear KPI definitions.

You'll partner with business, finance, and transformation teams to ensure analytical rigour and scalable, self‐service analytics. This role offers the chance to shape data-driven decisions at a sustainability‐focused, global company and impact how operations and strategy converge.

Responsabilidades

Design, build, and maintain advanced BI dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor performance

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers

Translate business requirements into analytical use cases and KPIs

Define and maintain semantic layers, metrics, and data models aligned with enterprise standards





Validate data accuracy and support data quality improvements with data owners

Ensure traceability and explainability of metrics for executive and operational reporting

Act as trusted analytics partner for business, finance, and transformation stakeholders

Challenge requests to maintain analytical rigor and KPI coherence

Improve BI solutions for performance, scalability, and user adoption

Contribute to analytics best practices, templates, and reusable assets

Support data literacy and self‐service BI adoption across teams

Requisitos principales 5–8+ years in BI, analytics, or performance management

Advanced expertise in BI/visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent)

Strong SQL and data modeling skills; experience with enterprise data platforms

Solid understanding of business KPIs, financial and operational metrics

Strong analytical thinking and problem‐solving mindset

Clear, concise communication of insights to senior stakeholders
