We are looking for an experienced Business Process Owner – Order Management to play a key role in a major global business transformation.

You will bring together business processes, people and technology, using your functional expertise to help the organization adopt standardized end-to-end processes, prepare the business for deployment and successfully implement new ways of working.

Your functional scope will cover end-to-end Order Management, connecting order processing with its upstream and downstream business processes and ensuring that these processes work effectively across functional boundaries.

The underlying role is focused on leading business transformation and process readiness, aligning the business with core processes, supporting change management and securing deployment success.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure business pre-requisites are in place at the relevant sites.
- Drive business transformation together with site managers and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and facilitate Fit-to-Template workshops.
- Coordinate closely with Digital/IT teams.
- Support Go-Live and post-Go-Live activities.
- Capture and share best practices across deployments.

We are looking for strong business process knowledge across:

- End-to-end Order Management, from order creation throughout the order lifecycle.
- Sales order processing and management.
- Order changes, exceptions and issue resolution.
- Order fulfillment processes and interfaces.
- Dependencies between Order Management and Sales, Pricing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance.
- Understanding of the upstream and downstream consequences of Order Management decisions and process changes.




- ERP and digital solutions supporting Order Management.
