As COO, you will scale and optimize Satispay's operations to support rapid European growth. You'll lead strategic operations, standardize processes, and align cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution. You'll own performance metrics and build scalable infrastructure to support user growth and multi-country expansion.

Requisitos principales Proven executive experience in a senior Ops role (COO/VP Ops or similar) in fast-growing tech/fintech

Track record of designing, scaling, and managing complex operational processes

Strong strategic and analytical mindset with data-driven problem solving

Experience building and empowering high-performing operational teams

Hands-on execution focus in high-stakes, fast-paced environments
