Overview

As COO, you will scale and optimise Satispay's operational foundations to support fast European growth. You'll drive cross-functional excellence, standardise scalable processes, and build resilient systems to handle rapid user growth. You'll lead and mentor teams, ensure data-driven decision making, and align operations with product, tech, risk/compliance, and business development.

This role offers the chance to shape how we scale KPI-driven operations across multiple markets with a strong ownership culture.

Requisitos principales Proven executive experience (COO, VP Ops, or similar) in fast-growing scale-up, tech, or fintech

Demonstrated success in designing, scaling, and managing complex operational processes

Strategic and analytical mindset with ability to translate challenges into actionable frameworks

Proven track record of building and empowering high-performing operational teams

Hands-on execution focus in high-stakes, fast-paced environments

Travel flexibility up to 50% between Luxembourg and Milan
