Based in Llodio and reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will play a key role in supporting business decision-making through robust financial analysis, process improvement, and the coordination of cross-functional initiatives.

In addition, you will serve as the main financial counterpart for the European Business Unit, working closely with both the Finance team and the BU Managing Director to support performance and strategic alignment. Support business leaders by translating financial data into business-relevant conclusions Act as the trusted finance counterpart to the Business Units, balancing Group requirements with local realities and resolving friction pragmatically Contribute to the execution and monitoring of cross-functional finance projects Reporting & financial analysis: Analyse financial and operational performance across Business Units, identifying risks, deviations,
