Overview

As a Commodity Buyer, you manage sourcing and procurement for assigned categories to optimize total cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability. You will build supplier partnerships and contribute to the purchasing strategy within a multinational automotive context. You'll lead cross-functional sourcing activities, negotiate for value, and monitor market trends to guide strategic decisions.

This role blends supplier management with make-or-buy collaboration to support Antolin's transformation toward sustainable, technologically advanced interiors.

Responsabilidades Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodity categories

Manage supplier relationships including selection, qualification, development, performance, and risk management

Lead or support end-to-end sourcing activities (RFx, evaluations, negotiations, contracts)

Negotiate commercial agreements to achieve cost savings and long-term value

Analyze supplier markets, pricing trends,



and industry developments for strategic decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Projects) on demand planning, specification management, and Make-or-Buy decisions

Maintain purchasing data, supplier records, and contracts in SAP and BUYONE ensuring accuracy and compliance

Build strong internal and external relationships to enable project success

Requisitos principales 5+ years in strategic sourcing or commodity management, preferably automotive

Experience purchasing plastic components; strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes

Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel

Proficiency with procurement platforms; BUYONE familiarity is a plus for internal candidates

Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Self-driven, proactive, results-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Fluent English; additional languages advantageous analytical thinking negotiation stakeholder management
