The Community Program Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing our C-level executive communities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of executive-level engagement and community management. The idóneo candidate will possess exceptional business development skills, project management & prioritisation skills, a strong ability to foster trust-based relationships at the c-level, and a passion for creating impactful peer-led experiences for our executivesmembers.
Community Engagement and Management: Foster strong relationships with community member qualified c-level executives, understanding their needs and priorities to ensure their active participation in community programs. Be responsible for all client-facing aspects of in-person and virtual programs, including delivery, communicating with C-level executives, sponsors, and internal teams.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for c-level executives community members, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional support. Partner with content to design high-impact programs that align with the interests and needs of the C-level community. Partner with your win-team which includes Sales, Marketing, Content, Client Services, and Operations to ensure we deliver high-impact community programs.
Collaborate closely with marketing to drive community growth and member acquisition Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse and leverage large amounts of community data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and prioritization. Utilize this data and reporting to track community engagement, growth opportunities, program success,
and ultimately drive c-level participation.
