Corporate Counsel Guess is seeking a business-minded Corporate Counsel to join our legal team. The role focuses on licensing, sophisticated commercial contracting, technology, and AI/emerging technologies. The corporate counsel will also play a key role in implementing the Company's new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Los Angeles and reports to the General Counsel. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage the full lifecycle of a wide variety of domestic and international commercial agreements, including technology, software, SaaS, AI and data-related agreements, e-commerce and digital platform agreements, and confidentiality agreements. Work with our Global Privacy and Technology Legal Manager to advise on technology governance, including responsible use, risk assessments, and related policies and training.





Lead integral CLM implementation and develop contract templates, playbooks, clause libraries, and approval workflows. 7-9 years of relevant experience in a major law firm and/or in-house legal department. ~ Significant experience with consumer products licensing and sophisticated commercial contracting. ~ Substantive experience structuring and negotiating complex technology, SaaS, software, cloud, and AI agreements. ~ LLC Legal department is seeking a talented individual to join their crucial team. The Legal department oversees all global legal matters, including major corporate transactions, SEC reporting, executive management, and governance. LLC Legal department has executed significant transactions, such as the recent acquisition of Rag and Bone.
