The Revenue Systems

Manager is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for the architectural integrity, scalability, and strategic evolution of Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack. Contribute to the technical design and roadmap for Salesforce and integrated GTM tools (e.g., Architect complex, scalable automations and data models that support sophisticated GTM motions (e.g., Proactively identify and remediate technical debt to ensure high system performance and maintainability. Own the DevOps lifecycle, including sandbox management, CI/CD processes, and sophisticated QA/UAT frameworks.

Lead the implementation of high‐complexity projects, such as RCA deployments, multi‐currency transitions, or billing integrations. Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical issues involving integrations, Apex/Flow conflicts, or data discrepancies. Define KPIs for system health and user adoption, using data to drive continuous improvement of the tech stack.

Partner with Security and Legal to ensure GDPR/SOC2 compliance and robust data permissioning. Mentor junior team members on best practices in declarative development and systems thinking.





Proven Experience: 6+ years in Salesforce/Revenue Systems, specifically within a high‐growth B2B SaaS environment.

Expert Technical Depth: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (certified Admin/App Builder/Platform Dev I preferred) with a deep understanding of Flow, complex sharing models, and the "Order of Execution." Experience designing systems that integrate via APIs, middleware or native connectors. A track record of taking a vague business problem and turning it into a fully deployed technical solution with minimal oversight.
