Overview In this role you will support French market clients as part of the Account Management team, handling tickets across chat, email, and calls and guiding customers toward the right solutions. You will investigate account activity and transaction history to provide accurate responses, while proactively recommending products. You'll collaborate with Product and Tech to fix bugs and request features, and contribute to CRM and internal data improvements.

This position combines hands-on problem solving with opportunities to grow into product or project ownership, within a supportive, AI-enabled culture.

Investigate account activity, profiles, and transaction history to provide accurate answers





Proactively recommend products or solutions based on client needs

Partner with Product and Tech to resolve bugs and feature requests requiring cross-functional collaboration

Contribute to CRM workflow improvements and internal database enhancements

Requisitos principales Customer-facing experience

Fluent written communication in French and English
