Overview

As a Customer Project Manager, you will guide post-sale deployment and onboarding of Wallbox AC and DC charging solutions. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth installation and long-term success for key accounts in critical ecosystems like data centers. You drive CSAT by bridging customer requirements with delivery and resolve escalations with technical and field teams. This role offers a chance to shape deployment in a fast-growing, global EV charging leader.

Responsabilidades Lead technical project onboarding, including customer training, documentation, and initial deployment roadmap execution

Ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and integration of AC and DC products

Serve as primary post-sale contact for key accounts (CPOs, fleets, utilities, municipalities, resellers)

Drive CSAT by leading escalation management and resolving critical infrastructure incidents with Support and Field Service teams

Collaborate with Engineering, Product,



and Services to ensure smooth transitions from prospect to customer and long-term success

Coordinate cross-functional efforts (Hardware, Software, Validation) to confirm project feasibility and timely execution

Track milestones, manage risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality targets

Requisitos principales 3–5+ years in B2B customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Pre-Sales, or Project Management) in infrastructure, energy, or EV charging

Proven experience managing large, complex accounts and multi-stakeholder relationships

Strong relationship management and consultative skills

Technical understanding of hardware/software solutions in energy or mobility

Familiarity with public tender processes, regulatory frameworks, and large contract negotiations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to identify upsell opportunities within accounts

Strong problem-solving and project management abilities

Technical understanding of hardware/software solutions in energy or mobility

Escalation management and incident resolution coordination
