Motion Industrial Solutions is seeking a high-performing Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to take ownership of a key territory in Malaga. You will operate with autonomy while working closely with your Manager Customer Relationships (Area) and local Branch Managers to ensure strong alignment and performance across your territory. Lead and execute customer‐centric sales strategies across your allocated territory Increase share of wallet through cross‐sell and up‐sell opportunities across Motion's full product and service offering Build and maintain strong, long‐term relationships with decision‐makers and influencers Achieve sales and margin targets in line with strategy and financial budgets Collaborate closely with Sales, Strategic Managers, Customer Solution Managers, Branch Managers and internal teams to deliver seamless solutions Participate in safety meetings, training, and hazard identification processes Experience i n contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell initiatives Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders Formal business or sales qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
