Overview In this role you help scale Factorial's Customer Experience by turning numbers into actionable plans. You own revenue movement analysis, forecasting, and target setting for the CX organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will uncover patterns in historical data, translate insights into growth ideas, and present data-driven narratives to leadership. Requisitos principales Advanced Excel / Google Sheets

Numerical reasoning and data interpretation

Logical, structured thinking with problem decomposition

Clear English communication (written and spoken)

1+ year in a role where numbers were core (FP&A;, financial analysis, business analytics, RevOps, consulting, audit, banking, pricing)

SQL basic (benefits if present)

Strong slide-building skills for executive-ready presentations

Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Gemini) and willingness to learn clear communication structured thinking problem-solving
