Overview In this role you guide clients through the end-to-end AI journey, from opportunity discovery to strategy and execution. You work as a trusted bridge between business leaders and technical experts, shaping Data & AI transformations for Supply Chain & Operations. You will develop business cases, define KPIs, and measure impact while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades Lead Data & AI transformation initiatives from opportunity to deployment in collaboration with technical teams

Define and implement Data & AI strategies to transform Supply Chain & Operations

Bridge business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery

Design and support data governance models ensuring data quality, availability, and compliance





Develop business cases and value frameworks, quantify impact, and support executive alignment

Support business development through opportunity identification and tailored proposals

Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing

Requisitos principales 3+ years in Data & AI strategy, preferably in SC&O; or related domains

Experience applying Data & AI to real business challenges in consulting or industry

Solid knowledge of data governance, data management, and AI lifecycle

Ability to engage senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships

Experience developing business cases, KPIs, and measuring impact

Analytical, structured problem-solving with a focus on value delivery

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Team-oriented leadership and mentoring experience

Flexibility to work across multidisciplinary, integral, fast-paced environments
