Overview

As a Data & AI Architect at Zurich TDC, you will design and lead data and AI solutions for local and global customers, predominantly on cloud platforms (AWS and Azure). You'll align architectures with enterprise standards, guide implementation, and contribute to architectural governance. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, robust data and AI capabilities that support Zurich's strategic goals.

This role offers hands-on influence over technology choices and patterns in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Responsabilidades Design end-to-end data and AI architectures (As-Is/To-Be) for products and platforms

Evaluate options against standards and reuse components to accelerate delivery

Provide architectural guidance for data and AI use cases across teams

Translate designs into detailed specifications and assess change impacts

Produce architecture documentation and contribute to standards and patterns





Support governance, architecture reviews, and cross-functional collaboration

Requisitos principales Experience architecting data and AI solutions

Data modelling experience (3rd normal form, data vault, dimensional modelling)

Experience with data pipeline tools (Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Informatica, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Glue)

Database and lake experience (Azure SQL, DB2, Azure Data Lake, Databricks lakehouse, Snowflake, AWS RDS)

Azure and/or AWS experience

Knowledge of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) is advantageous

Containers and orchestration (AKS/EKS) advantageous

APIs, Power BI, Python/Scala/SQL knowledge advantageous

Insurance industry experience advantageous
