As part of our Data, Insights & Analytics (DI&A;) team, you'll help turn data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions and drive meaningful impact across the organization.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will bridge business strategy and analytics by translating complex business challenges into data-driven insights and solutions. Analyze commercial, consumer, and digital data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and define analytical requirements.

Extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. Translate complex findings into clear recommendations and compelling business stories. Drive visibility of key performance indicators across multiple functions.

Support continuous improvement through experimentation, performance measurement,



and insight generation. Promote data quality, analytics adoption, and evidence-based decision-making. 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related fields. ~ Advanced Power BI expertise, including dashboard development and data modelling. ~ Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets. ~ Knowledge of Snowflake, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar cloud-based analytics environments. ~ Experience translating business questions into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations. ~ Advanced English communication skills.

Experience with advanced or predictive analytics using Python, R, or similar programming languages.
