Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Technician, Data Center to join our Data Center Operations team in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid, Spain.

Provide smart-hands physical support: Execute server racking, network cabling, hardware installations, and on-site troubleshooting for customer requests. Monitor, resolve, and route service tickets in ServiceNow while maintaining accurate inventory and tracking shipping and receiving tasks. Monitor critical power and cooling reports,



validate operational readings for billing accuracy, and collaborate on incident response.

Escort and support facility visitors: Act as a key point of contact for customer access, vendor escorts, and physical security compliance on the data center floor. 2-4 years of experience in a customer service or data center environment preferred (on-the-job training will be provided). ~ Clear communication skills with a strong customer service orientation; intermediate English and Spanish language skills are preferred. ~ Shifts: Full-time shift position (varied working hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with overtime opportunities available).
