and compliance-related activities.Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, change management procedures, and organizational governance standards.Required QualificationsTypically 8-12 years Hands-on experience in IBM z/Mainframe environments with strong expertise in DB2 Database Administration, database support, performance tuning, security implementation, automation, disaster recovery, and production support.Deep understanding of Db2 database architecture, administration, backup and recovery procedures.Experience in production support and database release management.Expertise in database performance monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization.Good understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, change management, and problem management.Desired QualificationsExperience working on large-scale, complex enterprise projects involving database architecture, implementation, and support.Experience supporting critical enterprise and banking applications is highly preferredStrong understanding of enterprise database security, compliance, and audit requirements.Experience in database migration, modernization, and infrastructure transformation programs.Knowledge of z/OS administration and related IBM z ecosystem components.Familiarity with DevOps practices, automation tools, and database lifecycle management.Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across global teams.Job ExpectationsDeliver reliable, secure, and high-performing DB2 database services in a 24x7 enterprise environment.Meet and exceed service-level agreements (SLAs) and operational performance metrics.Ensure database availability, integrity, security, and compliance across supported environments.Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.Collaborate effectively with integral teams, application owners, infrastructure teams,
