Digital Workplace Specialist

Main Responsibilities

- Define, implement and manage Digital Workplace and Collaboration solutions
- Monitor and support Digital Workplace production environment to ensure high availability and performance
- Support Service Desk teams on complex incidents and requests
- Collaborate with other IT team members to deliver high-quality integrated solutions
- Review and articulate functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Produce key architecture/design documentations
- Document, maintain and update Governance documentation and best practices
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.




- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and/or third-party vendors for project execution.
- Monitor and track project progress and resolve issues that arise.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Perform feasibility assessments, planning, testing, and technical documentation
- Monitor progress of the project execution to ensure the design is followed by the implementation team
- Ensure resource availability and effective allocation across teams.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Document all aspects of the project and conduct post-project evaluations.

Technical Skills Specific technical knowledge: Practical experience implementing and managing IT Collaboration and Workplace solutions , Identity Management, Device Management and security and MDM (IOS and Android). Experience in Incident Management, Request management and Change management ITIL procceses.

Specific tools: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Scripting, Freshservice.
