Overview

As Director of Technology Alliance Management, you will lead one or more supplier alliances within outsourcing models, ensuring delivery meets contract and stakeholder needs. You will work within BioPharma Clinical Operations to govern partnerships, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure alliance effectiveness and audit readiness, shaping how external collaborations accelerate patient impact.

Responsabilidades Oversee alliance management for one or more external suppliers across models/service lines

Identify and manage supplier-level risks and issue escalation, coordinating with business stakeholders

Lead operational governance and contribute to executive governance meetings and supplier councils

Ensure suppliers deliver per contract/MSA and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal customers

Act as audit sponsor/coordinator for supplier audits as applicable





Define metrics and SLAs with AM Group Lead and monitor supplier performance

Support study delivery teams by clarifying roles and optimizing interfaces (e.g., Alliance Handbooks)

Mentor or coach junior AM team members and support key initiatives within AM

Requisitos principales University degree in related field

Experience in pharmaceutical industry or CRO

Knowledge of clinical drug development across phases

Proven track record managing external partner relationships

Experience directing alliance governance frameworks and performance metrics

Strong leadership and influencing skills (without authority)

Collaborative mindset across integral boundaries

Excellent conflict resolution, mediation, and negotiation skills

Ability to solve problems with cross-functional decision-makers and propose multiple options

Familiar with ICH GCP and related guidelines leadership influencing without authority cross-functional collaboration alliance governance frameworks and processes (incl. performance metrics)

MSA/contract management and supplier performance monitoring risk management related to supplier/models/service lines
