Overview In this role you lead a field sales team to drive revenue and execute a growth strategy for Regional & Commercial/Mid Market. You'll translate customer needs into strategic plans, coach on closing opportunities, and manage forecasting while building a high-performance culture. You work across functions to solve customer problems with our zero-trust security portfolio and drive meaningful transformations.

Responsabilidades Develop and execute territory strategy to maximize bookings and revenue
Lead and coach a team of field sellers to achieve quotas
Engage in prospect meetings and support leadership in closing opportunities
Forecast, pipeline management, and territory planning across the team
Build and maintain relationships with customers, including senior leaders
Provide deep technical understanding of the portfolio to guide solutions
Drive team selling and ensure accountable performance
Recruit, hire and train team members while upholding company values
Requisitos principales Experience with SaaS-based architectures, preferably in networking or security
Customer market knowledge in Regional & Commercial/Mid Market
Experience with channel and partner sales models
Proven leadership with ability to build high-performing teams in a growing sales environment
Track record of revenue delivery and pipeline management
Strong execution focus with a sense of urgency and entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to manage client escalations and communicate effectively across functions
Strong influencing and relationship-building skills, including with C-suite leadership communication cross-functional collaboration
