The role

CloserHire is partnering with a general technology and services leader to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Sales Representative for their team in Barcelona, Spain (On-site). Day to day that means customer, support &

• Sales: Handle inbound queries (calls, emails, chat, and tasks) related to post-sales customer requests. Fast &

• Effective, responses: Provide quick and accurate solutions to customer inquiries. Outbound, engagement: Conduct outbound calls when necessary, coordinating with customers and internal business units to resolve issues. Sales &

• Upselling: Generate quotes and follow up with a cross-selling and up-selling approach while maintaining a service-oriented attitude. Product, knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s product portfolio and post-sales processes. Order &

• Claims, and management:



Manage post-sales tasks such as order cancellations, claims, refunds, delivery tracking, and escalations, using tools like CRM &

• Order Status Suite.

What you need

- Skills: Excellent listening, problem-solving, and customer engagement abilities
- Knowledge: Basic IT skills and a strong interest in technology and IT products. Communication
- Mindset: Strong motivation to work in customer service and sales. Goal-Oriented: Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Technical
- Knowledge: Familiarity with sales techniques (cross-selling, up-selling, objection handling, etc.). Customer-Focused
- Proficiency: Bilingual or proficient in Dutch and fluent in English. Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or sales. Sales
