As EQM for UAS and the EuroDrone program, you ensure product quality across the engineering lifecycle and maintain compliance with aerospace standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality into development, certification, and airworthiness activities. Your work supports safe, reliable drones and large aviation programs through audits, process assurance, and robust quality governance.

Responsabilidades

Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulations (EN 9100, ARP4754, DO-178C, DO-254)

Support certification and airworthiness activities under EMAR Part 21/145

Plan and execute audits, process assurance reviews, and quality gates

Drive preventive quality measures (Right-First-Time, APQP, FMEA)

Monitor requirements traceability and allocate quality requirements

Assess technical reviews and process assurance activities

Collaborate with development, systems engineering and test teams to embed quality

Train EuroDrone community on quality requirements and processes

Support tool qualification and verification/testing

Ensure conformity documentation and audit readiness





Facilitate peer reviews and track quality findings

Manage non-conformities, deviations, and configuration control

Support supplier and subcontractor qualification

Create and maintain process assurance documents (SyPAP, SyPAD, SQAP, HPAP)

Collect and analyze quality data and evidence

Produce reports and records for quality assurance activities

Requisitos principales Degree in engineering, aerospace engineering, or comparable

Several years of experience in quality management, preferably in military aerospace

Strong knowledge of EN 9100, AQAP 2310

Experience with process assurance, software QA, and hardware QA

Knowledge of ARP4754A, DO-178, DO-330, DO-254

Knowledge of EMAR Part 21/145 preferred

Experience with UAS or large-scale aviation programs advantageous

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to interpret complex technical information

Experience conducting audits and reviews

Ability to work independently and in a structured manner

Fluent English; German or Spanish a plus
