Summary You will serve as a LEAD ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN (AFLOAT NETWORKS) in the Forward Deployed Regional Maintenance Center of FWD DEPLOYED REG MAINT CTR DET ROTA, SPAIN. You will be responsible for establishing training and tooling budgets required for the team/team members and initiate associated purchase requests. You will lead the team in identifying, distributing and balancing workload and tasks among employees in accordance with established workflow, skill level and/or occupational specialization.

You will train/arrange for training of team members in methods/techniques of working in teams to accomplish tasks/projects and provide/arrange for specific administrative/technical training necessary for accomplishment of individual/team tasks. This position may require travel to places within and outside the contiguous United States which could include remote or isolated sites. You may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods.

If eligible for permanent change of station, the appointee will be required to sign a transportation agreement to establish a Government time in service requirement of 12 months.
