As Engineering Manager at Perk, you guide and develop a team of software engineers to deliver scalable, high-quality features aligned with our Tribe's mission. You act as a servant leader, fostering performance, coaching careers, and ensuring engineering practices meet business needs. You'll shape long-term roadmaps with Product Management and enable cross-functional collaboration to power a seamless customer experience.

This role combines hands-on technical influence with people leadership to drive real impact in a fast-growing company.

Participate in recruitment and growth of the engineering team

Work with business metrics to deliver a 7 star customer experience

Provide feedback to stakeholders within Builders (Product and Eng) and wider business

Requisitos principales 5-8 years of experience managing software engineers

Experience managing teams of 8-10 engineers

Hands-on software engineering background (IC)

People manager with proven culture-building abilities

Experience establishing processes and delegation for larger teams

Strong problem-finding and problem-solving skills (technical and organizational)

Ability to run effective performance reviews and support career growth

Pragmatic, focused on simplicity, efficiency, and performance
