Futuro Perfecto is looking for an Event Marketing & Communications intern to join our team of engineers, PhDs and deep-tech professionals. You will be part of our Marketing team, specifically focused on our upcoming Horizon Deep Tech Summit event in Madrid that is scheduled to take place in November 2026.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies to generate awareness and visibility, and provide support throughout the event planning process.
Responsibilities
- Event coordination & logistics.
- Assist in planning, promoting, and executing in-person and virtual events.
- Content creation for social media channels and owned channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns)
- Email marketing (event website management on Wix)
- Creation of marketing collaterals, presentations and other materials needed for the event.
- Coordinate and support the speaker and partner outreach, and managing the communications.

Desired Background
- Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree desirable.
- Experience in marketing roles with a focus on sales is desirable
- Experience working on marketing and communications for events is desirable
- English C1 and Spanish C1 are mandatory.
- Curiosity, awareness and a keen interest in science, technology, and innovation.
- Excellent Communication Skills (both spoken and written).
