Our partner is looking for a Feasibility Strategic Analytics Lead (FSAL) - Senior Manager based in Spain. You will combine clinical trial expertise, advanced analytics, competitive intelligence, and internal and external data to develop evidence-based feasibility recommendations. You will lead scenario planning, protocol optimization, site strategy, and enrollment modeling from early feasibility through recruitment.

The role also provides an opportunity to build indication-level intelligence and influence future study planning across a broader portfolio. Through data-driven insights and innovative approaches, you will help improve trial predictability, efficiency, diversity, and delivery. Continuously refine country footprints, enrollment assumptions, and site classification strategies as protocols progress from early planning through final protocol, study start-up, and participant recruitment.

Lead country and site selection activities by analyzing feasibility outreach, investigator intelligence, internal and external evidence, regional insights, and other relevant data to develop strategic recommendations. Build and maintain investigator and site intelligence, including information used to define ideal site profiles, identify suitable investigators, and support global site selection strategies. Analyze site-level data and model patient volumes, site performance potential, competition, site overlap, diversity considerations, and other factors that influence clinical trial execution.

Develop scenario analyses that allow study teams to compare different country and site footprints, enrollment assumptions, and operational strategies against recruitment objectives and timelines.



Identify protocol optimization opportunities by incorporating real-world data, investigator and patient insights, protocol simulations, and other evidence into study planning. Partner with clinical development, operations, recruitment, and business stakeholders to improve study start-up, recruitment performance, and overall delivery timelines.

Analyze indication-level real-world data, standards of care, recruitment rates, disease prevalence, and patient-care settings to inform future geographic and site requirements. Assess decentralized clinical trial approaches and historical performance to determine where decentralized strategies may be appropriate for specific countries, sites, or therapeutic areas. Evaluate early-stage assets to proactively develop feasibility knowledge before formal study assessments begin and partner with analytics teams to define internal and external data requirements for emerging indications.

Requirements: You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or a PhD/MD with at least 3 years of relevant experience. You bring strong knowledge of drug development and a thorough understanding of global country and site feasibility, clinical study start-up, recruitment, and clinical operations. You have experience in clinical research and understand clinical trial conduct, GCP principles,



study or project management, monitoring, clinical operations, and regulatory processes.

You have experience working with multinational clinical trials and, ideally, direct experience in general country and site feasibility. You demonstrate strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex information across multiple internal and external data sources. You are skilled at translating data and evidence into clear recommendations, scenarios, and actionable business decisions.

You can manage multiple projects with different requirements while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail. You are comfortable collaborating across functions and influencing peers and senior stakeholders without relying solely on direct authority. Familiarity with decentralized clinical trials, real-world data, site intelligence, recruitment analytics, and clinical trial technologies is highly valuable.
