Your mission is to build the High-Performance Machine that executes those rules (The How).As our Finance Process Excellence Manager, you are responsible for designing, standardizing, and optimizing core finance processes across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Invoice-to-Pay (I2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Master Data Management. You will lead a high-performing team, drive operational efficiency, and lay the foundation for automation and digital transformation initiatives. THE JOURNEYEstablish process standards, best practices, and governance frameworks across the finance organization. develop targeted improvement roadmaps aligned with Finance Transformation strategy.

Oversee master data management strategy (customer, vendor, chart of accounts, etc.).measure and report on process KPIs (touchless ratio, cost, quality, headcount impact).QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE5-7 years of experience in finance process management, operational improvement,



or business transformation (Big 4, consulting, corporate finance, or similar).Hands-on experience redesigning/optimizing P2P, R2R, O2C, or similar finance processes.
