Project description Join a greenfield product initiative for a leading company in the fashion retail industry, where you will help design, build, and evolve a new digital solution from the ground up. Working closely with Spanish-speaking stakeholders, you will play a key role in defining the architecture, developing core product capabilities, and delivering an MVP that creates real business value.This is a hands-on role for an experienced fullstack engineer who enjoys combining Java/Spring, React, architecture design, and AI-assisted development to turn ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. Build and evolve a new digital product using Java/Spring Boot and React.
Develop end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and integrations. Collaborate with Spanish-speaking stakeholders to define and deliver MVP capabilities. Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.
Promote engineering best practices and provide technical leadership within the project team. 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience in fullstack development, including backend services, frontend applications, APIs, and integrations. Strong knowledge of React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience designing and building applications from scratch, including MVPs and greenfield projects. Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, scalability, performance, and maintainability principles. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) throughout the software development lifecycle. Understanding of software quality practices, including testing, code reviews, security, and automation.
Experience collaborating with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Fluent
Spanish (C1 or higher) and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization technologies.
