We're recruiting German speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Tech account based in Barcelona, Spain. You'll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Start date: 31/Aug/26. Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor. We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in German and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided. You'll receive structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and clear opportunities to grow within a supportive, multicultural team. Full training and career development support provided.
