What You'll Do Handle inbound reservation calls in German Support customers with bookings, changes, and travel-related inquiries Deliver high-quality customer service with a sales-oriented approach Create smooth and positive guest experiences throughout every interaction What We're Looking For Native or C2 level of German Advanced English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality,
