You will act as the operational bridge between affiliates, commercial partners, and global cross-functional teams, driving launch readiness, process compliance, timely milestone delivery, and proactive risk management. Drive governance and process compliance, ensuring affiliates and partners follow agreed frameworks, SOPs, and operational requirements. Monitor project progress, track key deliverables, and proactively identify and resolve risks, bottlenecks, or execution challenges. Act as the main point of coordination between affiliates,



commercial partners, and global cross-functional teams, facilitating decision-making and stakeholder alignment. Support strategic Market Access &

• Pricing initiatives through project management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement activities. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Health Economics, Pharmacy, or a related field. Previous experience in project management, market access, pricing, commercialization, operations, or a similar cross-functional environment within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate across diverse teams and geographies.

Experience working with governance frameworks, processes, and operational excellence initiatives is highly valued.
