You will collaborate across research, development, and medical teams to influence clinical practice and keep patients at the center of decisions. Leading complex, global programmes, you'll shape publication plans, engage with oncology experts, and ensure scientific excellence and compliance.

Responsabilidades

Lead global medical affairs strategies across the Solid Tumors portfolio

Shape evidence generation plans to address unmet needs and improve outcomes

Design and execute innovative studies, including real-world evidence and non-interventional research

Collaborate with research, development, and international medical teams across the asset lifecycle

Develop scientific communications, publications, and medical education plans

Build relationships with oncology experts, investigators, and leaders worldwide

Represent Global Medical Affairs in governance forums and portfolio discussions





Provide medical leadership on launch readiness, evidence dissemination, and market access initiatives

Champion patient perspective in evidence generation and medical strategy

Ensure medical affairs activities meet standards of scientific excellence, quality, ethics, and compliance

Requisitos principales Medical Doctor, Doctor of Philosophy, or Doctor of Pharmacy qualification in a relevant scientific discipline

Significant experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, or related function within the pharmaceutical industry

Strong understanding of oncology and evolving treatment landscape

Proven ability to develop and execute medical strategies driving scientific and patient impact

Experience leading complex cross-functional projects within a integral matrix environment

Strong knowledge of evidence generation, clinical research methodologies, and scientific communications

Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence with internal and external stakeholders

Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills, with fluency in English
