Responsabilidades Lead AI-driven Finance transformation initiatives from strategy through global implementation

Requisitos principales Significant experience in Finance; experience in Digital Finance, Finance transformation, or related business transformation roles is a plus

Strong understanding of Finance processes, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, or operational finance

Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a integral matrix environment

Demonstrated exposure to Artificial Intelligence, agentic solutions, automation, advanced analytics, or digital product delivery

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leaders

Self-driven, highly adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to deliver results independently
