Overview In this role you will originate and structure Trade & Working Capital Solutions to support integral clients, focusing on Payable Finance and Supply Chain Finance. You will drive growth by expanding the Trade Payables wallet and cross-selling opportunities within core markets. You will partner with sales, bankers, and cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and ensure compliant, seamless execution.

Responsabilidades

Originate and structure Trade & Working Capital Solutions transactions (Payable Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and related products)

Manage and grow Trade Payables business wallet, identifying cross-selling opportunities and expanding with new and existing clients

Lead origination efforts in core markets, industries and segments, providing knowledge and sales support to clients, sales teams, and bankers

Develop and support tailored solutions for global clients in collaboration with internal and external partners





Contribute to development of the Trade & Working Capital Solutions product offering by identifying growth opportunities

Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities through strong commercial acumen and understanding of client needs

Collaborate with middle office, risk, legal, and PDM teams to ensure seamless execution and regulatory compliance

Requisitos principales 4-6 years of experience in banking or related industries focused on Trade Finance or Working Capital Solutions

Proven track record in originating and structuring complex transactions with revenue growth

Knowledge of Payable Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and other structured financing solutions

Understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management principles

Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, engineering or related field

English required; Spanish highly valued; other languages a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments

Leadership and ability to motivate and develop talent

Advanced technical expertise in Trade and Working Capital Solutions (Payable Finance, Supply Chain Finance)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex transactions

Knowledge of accounting standards related to trade finance and balance sheet structures
