In this position, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for Technician and Support-level roles mainly across the UK, Germany, while driving sourcing and talent pipeline initiatives that help attract top talent to the organization. Working closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and HR Operations teams, you will develop effective recruitment strategies, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and ensure hiring goals are met through strong execution and collaboration.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Technician, and Administrative roles across the assigned countries. Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective hiring strategies and recruitment best practices. Manage recruitment vendors and ensure performance, compliance, and alignment with company policies.

Leverage market insights and recruitment data to provide consultative talent advice. Build talent pipelines through partnerships with technical schools, training centers, and community organizations.



Promote employee referral programs and strengthen the employer brand to attract top talent.

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, approvals, employment laws, and TA global processes. Maintain recruitment systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance TA efficiency and quality. Hybrid work schedule to support work-life balance We're looking for a talent acquisition professional with at least 4 years of recruiting experience across technician, skilled trades, manufacturing, operations, warehouse, administrative, or other support functions, either in an agency or in-house environment.

Experience hiring for the manufacturing sector is highly preferred, particularly supporting both permanent and contingent workforce needs.

Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and Workday highly valued. Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook English and German high level written and spoken are a must.
