This role focuses on end-to-end support during the construction phase of the new energy battery plant in Spain. You will follow the overseas factory construction project through to delivery and assist the project team with infrastructure construction, equipment installation, on-site coordination and other work.

Key responsibilities are as follows:

Responsibilities

1. Project Progress Tracking

Assist the project manager in monitoring the full progress of factory infrastructure, civil engineering, mechanical & electrical equipment delivery, installation and commissioning. Maintain daily and weekly progress logs, update stakeholders on project status, and promptly escalate on-site issues.

2. Document & Data Management

Organize, file and update engineering drawings, construction documents, approval materials, contract records and meeting minutes for the construction project. Establish a well-structured project filing system to ensure full traceability of overseas project documentation.

3. Cross-functional Coordination

Support communication between the China headquarters, local Spanish construction teams, suppliers, third-party supervisors and other partners. Transmit work requirements, share progress updates, coordinate routine liaison matters to facilitate efficient project delivery.

4. General Administrative & Project Support





Assist in organizing project regular meetings and progress review sessions. Prepare meeting minutes, generate action item lists and follow up on their implementation. Conduct routine project data compilation, report generation and progress presentation.

5. On-site Support

Support site inspections, material verification, work sequence alignment and issue aggregation. Assist in monitoring construction quality, schedule and compliance, and provide support for phased project acceptance.

Requirements

1. Education & Language

Bachelor’s degree or above, no restriction on majors. Fluent in Chinese, English and Spanish.

2. Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; capable of independent data analysis, report creation and document formatting.

3. Competencies

Strong logical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, execution and resilience; able to adapt to the work rhythm of overseas projects.

4. Mindset

Interest in the new energy battery industry and overseas factory construction projects. Quick learner and highly responsible. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience.

5. Location

Long-term based in Spain.
