Overview As University Recruiter at Veeva, you drive early-career talent growth for the Consultant Development Program across the UK, Germany, and Spain. You'll manage a high-touch pre-boarding experience and cultivate a strong campus and referral network.
Responsabilidades Proactive sourcing & outreach to identify top early-career talent across Western Europe in partnership with Talent Marketing Build and nurture a long-term referral pipeline across employee networks and student organizations Drive high-touch pre-boarding and candidate engagement, including cohort networking and start-date readiness Continuously evaluate sourcing channels, iterate digital campaigns, and optimize hiring processes Requisitos principales 3+ years of talent acquisition experience focused on early-career or university recruiting across European markets Fluent in English and Spanish digital talent campaigns
