Overview

As a Data Analyst in our marketing team, you will generate actionable insights to fuel growth. You will transform multi-touch data into strategic opportunities and build dashboards that accelerate data-driven decisions. You will partner with Digital Analytics and Data teams to validate data sources and improve collection, while presenting clear recommendations to stakeholders.

You will shape marketing strategy by analyzing lead generation, website analytics, and customer behavior to uncover growth opportunities. This role offers the chance to influence how we acquire, engage, and convert potential customers at a global language education group.

Responsabilidades Transform cross-channel data into strategic opportunities and measurable business value

Develop reports and dashboards to enable KPI tracking and data-driven decision making

Communicate insights and recommendations to marketing stakeholders and executives





Contribute to tracking and reporting roadmap; validate data sources and maintain data integrity

Analyze user behavior, product performance, and marketing dynamics to inform strategy

Aggregate marketing and sales performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities

Requisitos principales Solid experience in data analysis or insights generation with demonstrated business value

Excellent communication skills, concise in presenting insights to stakeholders

Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Looker Studio) for dashboard automation

Strong knowledge of Google Analytics

Creative thinking and ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems

Can-do attitude with attention to detail and ability to multitask

Bachelors degree in business, mathematics or relevant field excellent written and verbal communication cross-functional collaboration creative problem-solving
