GSB CS WW LF Category Manager Description - Job Summary: The Category Support role is pivotal in driving business performance, overseeing portfolio management, and implementing growth programs within the industrial print sector. This position involves coordinating with various departments to prioritize opportunities that align with growth strategies, refining operations based on feedback, and leveraging outputs from the Training Academy and Knowledge Management to enhance decision‐making. Collaborate with sales teams to optimize pricing strategies and ensure profitability.

Business Performance Management: Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Regularly review and analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks, manage volume demand, and optimize resource allocation.

Growth Programs Definition & Deployment: Promote training programs and identify opportunities for cross‐selling services or products. Plan and execute promotional activities to drive product awareness and sales.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including GBU, sales teams, and other departments. Work closely with the sales and services marketing teams to promote training programs and identify opportunities for cross‐selling services or products. Regularly review and analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks, manage volume demand, and optimize resource allocation.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering,



or a related field.

Certifications in Industrial Printing, Digital Printing Technologies, or similar technical training (preferred). Proven experience in business management or similar roles, with a strong understanding of digital industrial printing equipment.

Experience in market analysis, customer relationship management, and strategic planning. Strong operational and financial management skills, with an ability to oversee budgeting and forecasting. Proficiency in using digital tools for managing assets, scheduling, and financial tracking.

Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in‐depth evaluation of multiple factors. This describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
