Overview In this role you will drive certification activities for aircraft equipment by aligning with Airworthiness authorities and defining robust hardware/software assurance processes. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure RTCA/DO-254 and DO-178 compliance across suppliers, deliveries, and safety-critical requirements. The work supports civil and military aircraft certification programs and emphasizes early defect detection and documentation discipline.

Responsabilidades Define Certification Agreements with Airworthiness authorities and CRIs

Audit and monitor suppliers for RTCA/DO-254 and RTCA/DO-178 compliance





Conduct pre-certification internal audits

Define and control hardware/software documentation deliverables per RTCA standards

Track and report safety/criticality alignment with program schedule

Coordinate with design, Quality, Certification, Qualification, Safety and Design Office teams

Requisitos principales Engineering degree

Proven experience in Hardware Design Assurance and Software Design Assurance for aircraft equipment

Strong mastery of RTCA/DO-254 and RTCA/DO-178 or equivalent standards

Advanced English

Spanish proficiency is valued
