Overview

As a Senior Clinical Data Architect at ERNI, you define clinical data models and interoperability architectures for our healthcare platform. You apply HL7 FHIR, HL7 v2, and DICOM to enable standardized, compliant data exchange across ecosystems. You collaborate with product, clinical and engineering teams to translate workflows into technical specifications and ensure semantic governance.

You influence project decisions and mentor others while growing your own expertise. This role offers diverse project exposure and a chance to shape interoperability at scale.

Establish semantic governance and standards compliance in healthcare data

Translate hospital workflows into standardized specifications

Integrate clinical terminologies and validate implementations

Provide technical leadership across product, clinical, and engineering teams

Requisitos principales Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare Data Architecture, Clinical Informatics or Healthcare IT Interoperability

Expert knowledge of HL7 FHIR (R4/R5) and HL7 v2.x messaging

Strong experience with DICOM/DICOMweb and hospital information systems

Knowledge of healthcare data governance, privacy regulations and data quality management

Fluent English and strong communication skills to translate workflows into technical specs excellent communication cross-functional collaboration mentoring and coaching
