HP Worldwide Additive Manufacturing Financial Analyst This role is responsible for leading and providing expertise to HP Additive Manufacturing (AM) (3D) business, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively.

Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives (Supply Chain, OPEX or Warranty). Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively. Leads and drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.

Represents the business unit during or cross-functional planning processes. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies. Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance,



or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

Typically has 5 -7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.

Certified Financial

Analyst (CFA) could be an asset Accounting Auditing Data Analysis and Automation Financial Analysis Financial Planning Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Effective Communication and Fluency in English Digital Fluency Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. This describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
