We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a Dutch company based in Madrid. The idóneo candidate will have broad experience across different areas of Human Resources and will work closely with international teams, including stakeholders in the Netherlands. Manage and support a wide range of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters. Support performance management, employee relations, training, and development initiatives. Collaborate with hiring managers and support recruitment processes when required.

Prepare HR reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR procedures. Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources , preferably in a generalist role. Dutch nationality is mandatory. Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English.
