As an HR Implementation Consultant, you lead onboarding and data migrations across Deel's HR tools. You guide clients through setup, configuration, and migration phases, ensuring a smooth rollout and data integrity. You work with cross‐functional teams and provide expert guidance to maximize tool adoption. You'll shape implementation best practices and help clients achieve a seamless transition that supports global workforce needs.

Responsabilidades Guide clients through migration to Deel's HR tools and oversee rollout

Advise stakeholders on best practices for implementation

Become expert user of Deel HR tools and their integration with other products

Lead onboarding journeys using project management practices

Perform and validate data imports to ensure accuracy and minimize disruptions

Safeguard sensitive employee data in line with data protection regulations





Collaborate with Onboarding, Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering

Contribute to internal migration processes and SOP/product automation improvements

Requisitos principales 3+ years of SaaS HR implementation experience

Proven experience managing large HR datasets with accuracy

Fluent in English

Strong project management skills with attention to detail

Experience with change management in enterprise settings

Deep knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices

Proficient in HR systems and related tools

Passion for empowering customers and colleagues through training and support

Strong customer relationship management skills

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Excellent communicator, able to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively customer-focused strong communication cross-functional collaboration
